25 facts about me


Sometimes we can get caught up in posts about photography, beauty and everything else that we forget to add personal touches to our blogs. This year i'm going to try and add more personality to my posts to try and help me get to know my readers better. I thought i'd start off by sharing 25 facts about me. So here goes;


1. My full name is Kia Erin Baker.

2. I am 17 years old.

3. I am one of 6 children. Sarah(step-sister)- 26 years old, Heather- 23 years old, Jake(step-brother)- 22 years old, Me- 17 years old, Freya- 16 years old and Jaden 14 years old.

4. I am 5ft 1in.

5. My mum and dad separated when I was around 10/11 years old. 

6. I have had Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy (google it or keep an eye out for the post i'm writing on it) since I was 8 years old.

7. I have spent a lot of my life in and out of hospital.


8. I buy too many beauty products and candles.

9. I have to have everything planned out. If things are not organised and planned I get really stressed. 

10. I smoked for 3 years and just before christmas I quit. 

11. I was a competitive gymnast since I was 9 years old until I was 16 years old. 


12. I have 3 nieces and 1 nephew (poor little fella).

13. I have relatives who live in Australia.

14. I worked at the pizza chain Dominos for 10 months and just recently left. 


15. In December 2014 I qualified as a level 1 women's gymnastics coach.

16. I get really grumpy when I get cold so I always have to wrap up warm. 


17. I hate the smell and taste of coffee and cinnamon.

18. I am studying Health and Social Care Level 3 extended diploma at college.

19. I am a fussy eater. I don't like trying new things. 

20. I can only drink tea if it is milky and has 2 good sugars in it.

21. I am really quiet around new people.

22. I have been in a relationship for 10 months.

23. I love taking photos. The camera I use is the canon 1200D.

24. I broke my ankle doing a half on half off on vault which resulted in me having to have an operation to pin the bone back in place. I was in cast for 9 weeks.
(Look away now if you are squeamish) 


25. 14 months after that I injured the same ankle doing leaps which resulted in me being in cast for another 6 weeks as I damaged the ligaments and tendons severely.
